frugality and stress does not bode well

i’m so stressed out, it’s not even funny. the finances got totally fubar’d when one roommate left without notice. and on top of that, we got raided by the san diego police looking for one of our ill-fated roommates with an arrest warrant; we lost yet another roommate.

so we’re left with two people aside from me. that is three people paying three hundred seventy-five bucks each for rent which comes short of the fifteen hundred buck mark. sigh.

on top of that, we still have to cover our bills, so we are ending up trying to get as much clients as we can for my web-design / web hosting business to help with that. even with that, we’re short. as a result, we have become very, very frugal. we have decided not to go to some of the events this month because of this, and i’m supremely disappointed. but we’ll have to make do.

right now, we’ve cleaned our town home in preparation for some guests that are here in San Diego for the major league gaming (mlg) tournament. luckily, they’ll pay something per head that would help us with our finances. right now, i’m working on a preliminary draft for a client, hoping he will be satisfied with it.

sigh. like i said… i’m so stressed out.
